liaison  to assist them in this process. Please contact your liaison for any help. If not listed (or new) contact Anne Almazar.

KEY 2017 DATES FOR THE APPLICATION PROCESS
By February 10 - board will decide on total funding budget available for the year
by March 24th  - you must submit the application below, and make sure you talked to your liaison about your request
On May - 4th    - the board will meet with the selected camps to review applications
By May 5        - the board will meet to allocate funds
By May 12       - you will be informed of your allocation
By July 15        - inform us if there are changes that may effect the amount of the allocation you requested (e.g. Less campers)
By Sept. 15      - final date to get your final accounting in of the dollars actually used that you want reimbursed
By October 15 - you should receive your check for the Camperships
